Free AI support test
Can an AI agent answer your customers?
Paste the address of your documentation or help center. We read up to 25 pages, write the questions your customers are likely to ask, and let an AI assistant answer each one using only what your pages say. You see your score, the answers and the gaps.
Free: 2 tests a day. Results are kept for 7 days and anyone with the link can open them.
How the test works
We start at the address you give and follow links inside the same folder, up to 25 pages, the way a search crawler would. We respect robots.txt and only read public pages.
An AI model reads the titles and headings and writes eight questions real customers ask about a product like yours: setup, billing, limits, troubleshooting, accounts. Some are chosen on purpose to probe for gaps.
For each question we pick the most relevant passages from your pages and ask the assistant to answer from them alone. If the passages do not clearly answer it, the assistant says so instead of guessing. That is the same rule a support assistant should follow in production.
Your score is the share of questions answered. The unanswered ones are the pages worth writing next: every gap there is a conversation your team handles by hand today.
Questions
Is the AI support test free?
Yes. Each visitor can run two tests a day, and results for the same address are reused for seven days, so sharing a result costs nothing.
What does the score mean?
It is the share of likely customer questions an AI assistant could answer confidently from your public pages alone. It is a quick estimate, not a guarantee: real customers ask more varied questions, and an assistant connected to more of your content will do better.
Do you store my documentation?
No. We keep the list of pages read, the questions and the answers so the result link works for seven days. The page text itself is not stored.
Why did my site fail to load?
The test reads public pages only. Pages behind a login, blocked by robots.txt, or rendered entirely by JavaScript with no HTML content cannot be read.
How do I improve my score?
Write a short page for each unanswered question, using the words a customer would use in the title. Then run the test again tomorrow.
